Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Store Manager to run a luxury retail store based in Manchester City Centre



Duties will include but are not limited to:




  • Managing the daily operational running of the store

  • Ensuring sales targets are met

  • Reporting

  • Recruiting and training staff

  • Managing absence, staff development and performance

  • Ensuring all policies are followed

  • Ensuring first class customer service is achieved at all times



We are looking for:




  • An experienced manager with previous experience of sales and managing sales teams

  • Proven experienced of exceeding sales targets

  • Strong visual merchandising skills

  • Excellent people skills

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships

  • An ability to self motivate and be proactive

  • Flexibility with regards to hours



Salary: Up to £30,000 + commission


10am - 6pm Monday - Sunday (5 days out of 7)
