We're working with a leading and innovative company based in Newbridge who are looking to offer a fun, enthusiastic, loyal and hardworking individual the opportunity to join their team on a temp to permanent basis as part of their administration team working as a stock administrator/controller to support the warehouse and sales teams. Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm with an hours lunch per day.

This role will suit someone who is comfortable working alongside a manual warehouse environment, have administration experience, confident working with all Microsoft office packages and enjoy working in a role that will be part of a strong team and enjoys seeing every day being different and at times a challenge. The successful candidate must be competent enough to work at a fast pace but be able to work with the utmost accuracy and take accountability for their work. Someone who can work on their own initiative and foresee any future requirement issues before they arise but also someone who can still take and follow direction from their hiring manager.


  • Purchasing and stock control for Depot

  • Liaising with suppliers to manage lead times

  • Liaising with sales team on stock control and dealing with any queries

  • Working closely with sales support/sales team/warehouse staff

  • Maintain accurate and effective records/paperwork

  • Answering the Phone

  • Assist and inputting of Technical Sales Representatives/customers enquiries, quotes and orders


  • IT literate with working knowledge of common PC programmes such as outlook, MS Excel, MS Word

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong mathematical ability

  • Strong organisational skills.

  • Positive and proactive mindset.

  • Confident interacting with all areas of the business.

  • Self-motivated.

  • Ability to be flexible and open to change.
