This luxury clothing business founded in the U.K. is a Wholesale, Retail and Ecommerce Global apparel and accessories brand.

As well as wholly own Retail and Ecommerce stores, their products are sold in premium/luxury department stores, independents stores and via distributors in Japan and South Korea.


We are currently recruiting a stock controller to add to the finance team to maintain stock file accuracy, working closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to co-ordinate all stock levels to enable sales teams to maximise profitable sales and reduce costs.

The individual ideally would have a Stock Control /Operations back ground. A self-starter, who is motivated to work closely with multiple teams and improve the stock and reporting process.

Reporting to - Finance Director

Job Responsibilities

  • Liaising with Warehouse, logistics and operations teams

  • To ensure the highest level of stock control and accuracy (across all locations and warehouses)

  • Ensuring cyclical (cycle) stock counts are in place, reported correctly both unit and pricing

  • Minimising stock losses and support the operations team in efficient running of warehouse

  • Ensure effective reporting for stock write off, product barcode updates, seasonal product updates, redundant skus

  • Make recommendations for improvement and cost reduction (pick bins/pallet allocation/inventory warehouse processes)

  • Dated stock management (stock and cost reporting)

  • Be the interface between SN (inbound and outbound), the warehouse team to meet weekly priorities

  • Managing and implement stock availability and replenishment processes for wholesale and retail operations (meet trading deadlines)

  • Implement KPIs (enabling pro active process)

Job Skills

  • To be able to use warehouse BI system

  • Proven organisation and multi-tasking skills

  • Ability to communicate in a clear confident, effective way - both verbally and in reporting

  • Good Excel and technical skills
