Monday- Friday


£30-£40k Depending on experience

Benefits: On-site parking, bonus holiday of one week if no sickness is taken the previous holiday year, which would mean 5 weeks holiday after working a full holiday year, increasing to 6 weeks with length of service. Perkbox once the probationary period has been passed.

Purpose of your Role
Your job will be to undertake fee earning work in the residential sale and purchase department and to administer all aspects of conveyancing work on behalf of the client and the firm.
As utilising and applying the skills and experience commensurate with a solicitor of at least 2 years post qualified experience.
Managing a volume caseload within a high volume conveyancing environment, capable of working unsupervised and confident in the work undertaken.
Experience and key understanding of specialist lending matters.

Key Accountabilities

* Able to undertake all aspects of residential conveyancing and property work, including the following:-
➢ Sole representation cases, Bridging loans, company residential remortgages, self-builds, Lifetime remortgages, Title splits, Lease extensions and Deed of Variations
* Excellent IT skills and be able to prioritise your workload in order to meet tight deadlines.
* Excellent communication and client care skills.
* Able to work well as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail.
* A positive and friendly manner.

Working relationships
* Manager - The Manager works as a Conveyancer within the Team. You will be required to attend a one to one monthly meeting with your Manager, this will give you and your Manager the opportunity to talk over any matters or developments which may affect you.
* Customers and clients - You will have daily contact with clients and third parties. You will also have contact with clients with whom we have working relationships, you will be expected to act in a way which upholds these relationships and which conforms to any service level agreement we may have with a particular client.
