Exciting Opportunity for an International Sales Coordinator!

We are working with a leading AIM listed Beauty Brands business that specialises in innovative and exciting beauty products. With a strong global presence, they are now seeking an International Sales Coordinator to join their team.

As the International Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the international orders process. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing incoming international orders for assigned markets.

  • Liaising with the Operations team to ensure stock availability.

  • Completing customer-specific reporting - via advance excel databases and Power BI.

  • Providing exceptional international customer service, keeping them informed throughout the order process, including stock availability and shipment dates.

  • Collaborating with the dispatch team to meet customer-specific requirements for collection and delivery.

  • Tracking order status and order values on an internal tracker to ensure all orders are closed within the designated financial periods.

  • Managing communication flow with international customers.

  • Producing weekly reports tracking order received, stock shortage, and collections status.

  • Assisting the Account Manager by producing Power BI reports.

  • Supporting the Account Manager in the monthly end review of sales versus forecast and updating product data in the main sales repository.


To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Previous experience within order management roles - ideally within international export

  • Advance Excel is essential - Experience with Vlookups, Pivot Tables, Macros

  • excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

  • An additional language is preferable (Spanish especially)
