Office Angels are seeking 2 x Spanish Speaking Customer Service Assistants to support one of their Travel clients based in their office in Oxford. This is a temp role.

We have an exciting opportunity for a 2 x talented individuals to join a dynamic team as a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Assistant. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping customers with their travel needs, then this role is for you!


The client is a leading travel company that is committed to creating memorable experiences for their customers. As a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting their Spanish-speaking customers with their travel plans, ensuring their satisfaction and creating memorable moments.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide exceptional customer service in both written and oral communication, primarily in Spanish, to assist customers with their travel queries and needs

  • Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Assist customers in booking flights, accommodations, and other travel services in accordance with their preferences and budget

  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers

  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a professional and timely manner

  • Ensure all customer interactions are logged accurately and follow company policies and guidelines

  • Stay updated with industry trends and changes to provide the best service and advice to customers


Desired Skills:



  • Fluent in Spanish (both written and spoken)

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely

  • Strong problem-solving skills to handle customer queries and resolve issues

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all customer interactions

  • Empathy and patience in dealing with customer concerns and complaints

  • Previous customer service experience is highly desirable

  • Competitive hourly rate £13.00 - £14.50 per hour

  • Temporary contract of 3 months

  • Full-time working pattern

  • Hybrid working - 3 days in office and 2 days from home

  • Hours: 08.00 - 16.30
