Location: Hinkley Point C, Bridgwater, Somerset


Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 PA (DOE)


Hours: Temporary to permanent, Monday - Friday (40 Hours)

We are seeking a well-organised and proactive Site Administrator to join a friendly and down to earth team who are very proud to be working as part of the Hinkley Point C project. This is a full time role, initially temporary with the view to become permanent for the right candidate therefore you must be available immediately or on a very short notice period. This role is based on-site at Hinkley Point C therefore you must live locally to Bridgwater, Somerset.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Administration of timesheets - inputting on tracker, collating in PDF format in weeks, checking against tracker at the end of the month and chase outstanding timesheets

  • Checking stock levels for stationary, order as required and tidy up weekly, escort engineer onto site as and when required

  • Minute taking as and when required in absence of others

  • Send out comms, Infocomms and safety messages etc

  • Booking meetings and arranging hospitality as required

  • Helping with event planning, incoming post and parcels and general office support to all staff

  • Liaise with building coordinator and training up as internal muster and Fire Marshall

  • Issue out IT as required

  • Providing administration support to the HR team - additional support for onboarding and temporary worker onboarding and booking and managing training

  • Strong record-keeping skills

  • Prioritisation and organisation skills

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Good knowledge of operating IT systems i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Sharepoint
