Office Angels, National Accounts are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Site Administrator to join our dynamic team on a temporary basis. As a Site Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our site, ensuring efficient communication and coordination among various departments. Responsibilities:



  • Provide general administrative support to the site, including data entry, document management, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Assist in the coordination of site activities, such as scheduling meetings, booking rooms, and arranging travel logistics.

  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication and coordination, promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

  • Monitor and respond to site inquiries and requests, both internally and externally, in a timely and professional manner.

  • Assist with event planning and execution, ensuring all logistics are organised to facilitate a smooth and successful event.

  • Maintain office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed and keeping track of expenses.

  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements by identifying areas for optimisation and implementing solutions.

Requirements:



  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in a similar role.

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring high-quality outputs.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, promoting clear and effective communication.

  • Proficient computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

  • Flexible and adaptable, able to handle changes in priorities and tasks.
