Shop floor Coordinator

THE ROLE: This is a unique role as you will be the glue holding the small team together. It is a very small warehouse and you will be the only person organising products on the floor, responsible for goods in and goods out and product dispatch, becoming a valuable part of the production and sales process. So the right candidate can really make the job there own.

JOB TITLE: Shop floor Coordinator

LOCATION: Exeter

SALARY: £23 000 per annum

HOURS: Monday to Friday - 9:00am - 5:00pm (inclusive of a one-hour lunch break)

KEY DUTIES:

� Close liaison and communication with other departments to ensure sufficient storage, use and control stock

� Managing goods in and out of the warehouse, including packing where necessary

� Following in house process control and quality control procedures

� Managing and maintaining stock levels and developing control system for accurate recording

� Picking components for assembly in the workshops and for sales orders

� Maintaining clean, efficient and tidy workspace

� Following all necessary health and safety procedures that come with working within manufacturing

� Delivering and collecting goods from local sub-contractors.

SKILLS :

� Well organised, tidy and efficient

� Good communicator

� Warehouse/Stock experience

� Team player

� UK driving licence (car/mini van)

� Interest in entertainment industry

THE CANDIDATE:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience within a warehouse and stocking with good communication skills. They are looking for an individual to have a willingness to work as part of a wider team as well as wanting to develop their own potential.
