Role: Shipping Coordinator



Our client is currently looking to recruit a Shipping Coordinator with immediate effect to support their team in Hammersmith.

The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of Excel as well as understanding of shipping and logistics.



JOB ROLE: Shipping Coordinator



JOB TYPE: Temporary - Available Immediately



HOURS: 09.00am - 5.00pm



SALARY: £12-14 per hour



LOCATION: Hammersmith

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Create, issue and actively maintain supplier purchase orders for direct customer shipments.

  • Provide internal & external stakeholders with necessary reports to enable proactive management of customer shipping expectations.

  • Address logistics /supply issues effectively and in a timely manner.

  • Be the business' conduit for all shipping matters concerning direct freight to ensure smooth/silent transfer of ownership in accordance with customer specific incoterms.

  • Working closely with direct shipment teams, planning & co-ordinating imports from factories

  • Facilitate business in making revenue projection commitments in collaboration with Finance and S&OP functions.

  • Develop constructive and cooperative relationships with key business stakeholders
