Office Angels currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Management Support to join one of our largest postal clients, who are based in Royal Wootton Bassett. This is a Temp to Perm position, to start ASAP!...




JOB PURPOSE:



Responsible for maintaining strong working relationships with Clients through effective management, measurement, and optimisation of services for assigned contracts. To manage the flow of information between Clients, Client Management and Operations to ensure contracted services are delivered optimally within agreed service levels.



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:




  • Resolve incidents and problems against each client SLA or OLA and ensure all clients affected by incident are updated at all the times.

  • Complete task on daily, weekly, and monthly client checklist.

  • Monitoring and administrating systems to ensure service level agreements are met.

  • Respond to all incoming client tickets, emails and phone calls.

  • Ensure all clients requirements and specifications are fully understood and followed.

  • Develop open and effective channels of communication by building strong work relationships with external and internal clients.

  • Producing internal and external management reports.

  • Work with managers and developers on both existing and new client projects.

  • Resolve and escalate all IT & application support issues that impact SLA's.


PERSON SPECIFICATION:




  • +3 years' experience in a customer service role.

  • Strong communication skills required.

  • The ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships.

  • Intermediate IT skills - Word processing, Spreadsheets, Databases, Emails and Webs.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Understanding of mapping operational processes and workflows.

  • Structured, organized, methodical and diligent.
