40 hours per week


£19,000 starting salary with gradual increase to £22,500 gained with experience

Office Angels are recruiting for a Service Desk Administrator for our client based in Irlam.


Duties will include but are not limited to:



  • 1st point of contact answering the phone / Front Door

  • Processing customer breakdown calls and allocating to respective regions

  • Updating engineer reports

  • Providing ETA information to customers and liaising with engineers to meet Customer SLA

  • Quoting customers for chargeable items as well as sending for invoicing

  • Assisting accounts with fuel and visa receipts/opening post


We are looking for someone who worked in a similar role before, scheduling engineers and logging repair calls. Experience of working within a small team would be beneficial.
