Service Desk Administrator
Salary: up to £26,000
Location: Canary Wharf
Hours: Early shift - 7am-4pm
Late Shift - 10am-7pm
Once training has been complete hybrid working will be offered which would be up to 2 days working from home a week.

A Valid DBS check will be required and completed if successful for this role.

You will be joining this smart building technology company and supporting one of its key clients with service requests and faults.
Duties:
- Admin support to the service desk and site teams
- Monitoring emails and ensuring they are handled in a timely manner
- Data entry
- Review ongoing works within the client ticketing system
- Allocate new tickets to the relevant resource
- Produce incident quotes
- Manage the support hotline
- Provide advice and guidance to customers
- Issue engineer reports
- Help resolve and escalated issues where required
- Any other adhoc duties
Requirements:
- Previous experience using a ticketing system is beneficial
- Strong Admin support experience
- Can demonstrate working to timescales
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent IT skills
