We are working with a well-established Electrical and Mechanical company, who operate throughout the South West over 2 regional offices, and employ almost 300 staff.


They are looking for a strong operational administrator to join their busy Service Delivery team as the Service Delivery Coordinator.


This will be a pivotal role within the department, overseeing and coordinating the administration of installations to ensure the customer is delivered their product with the best service possible, pulling all the elements together in a seamless fashion.


Your duties and responsibilities will include:



  • Quickly reacting and providing solutions to changes to scheduling such as equipment malfunctions, faulty vehicles, etc.

  • Support administration of reports and create planner for failed installation surveys

  • Monitor and manage the new onboarding process to ensure it is being followed by HR, Procurement and Fleet

  • Providing any last minute availability to the Installation Management team to fill any spare installation capacity

  • Monitor and manage all vehicle appointments, and ensure all vans are mechanically safe and on the road

  • Organising ad hoc engineer overtime & claims for payroll with HR

  • Look at ways to improve and automate existing processes

  • Any other administrative or dispatch related tasks the team need support with


Your experience and skills:



  • Previous administration experience

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,) skills

  • Confident with systems and ability to learn quickly

  • Experience of working in a fast paced and dynamic team

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and people skills

  • Detail oriented and analytical

  • Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly
