Service Coordinator

Role: Service Coordinator


Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:45pm | 37.5 hour per week


Contract: Permanent


Location: Sheffield | On site parking


Salary: £20,000pa + 33 days holiday, progression opportunities & free parking


Duties -



  • Answering and handling calls within the service department

  • Liaising with customers, logging breakdowns and dealing with queries

  • Liaising and support Service Engineers

  • Scheduling workloads for Service Engineers

  • Assist with planning and organising routine service tests

  • Planning and arranging parts for service visits

  • Identifying required parts for service visits


Experience:



  • Strong customer service & administration skills are required

  • Previous experience working in a Service department would be an advantage

  • Good communication & organisation skills
