Service Coordinator, Sheffield

Office Angels are supporting our client in the recruit for a Service Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. In this role you will provide first class service to customer & provide administration support to Service Engineers. This role is currently a remote position & will be a working from home role until government guidelines change.

Monday - Friday


Currently work from home, office based in the future


£20,000pa


Immediate start available



Duties:



  • Answering and handling calls within the service department

  • Liaising with customers, logging breakdowns and dealing with queries

  • Liaising and support Service Engineers

  • Scheduling workloads for Service Engineers

  • Assist with planning and organising routine service tests

  • Planning and arranging parts for service visits

  • Identifying required parts for service visits


Experience:



  • Strong customer service & administration skills are required

  • Previous experience working in a Service department would be an advantage
