Service Coordinator - Friendly family run company

Job Title: Service Co-ordinator

Location: Near Chartham

Salary: £22K-£26K

Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours a week

Your main duties within your new role would be:

  • Scheduling work for 8 engineers across the South East

  • Managing diaries

  • Ordering parts

  • Providing quotations to customers

  • Producing invoices

  • Updating the work in progress reports

  • Providing administrative support to the management team

Essential skills needed for this job:

  • Administrative experience

  • Experience working in the motor industry

  • Scheduling experience for engineers/mechanics

  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft programs (Excel, Word etc.)
