Service Coordinator *Family company + 28 days a/l + BH's*

Job Title: Service Coordinator

Location: Near Chartham (your own transport is required due to the location of this company)

Salary: £24K-£28K DOE

Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours a week

Benefits: 28 days annual leave plus 8 Bank holidays

Your main duties within your new role would be:

  • Scheduling work for 10 engineers across the South of the UK

  • Managing diaries

  • Ordering parts

  • Providing quotations to customers

  • Producing invoices

  • Updating the work in progress reports

  • Providing administrative support to the management team

Essential skills needed for this job:

  • Administrative experience

  • Experience working in the motor industry would be an advantage

  • Scheduling experience for engineers/mechanics

  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft programs (Excel, Word etc.)
