Service Co-ordinator

Office Angels have a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced Administrator to join our client on a Permanent basis to start as soon as possible!


As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support to the North Service client base and team of regional technicians based from their North Shields office.


If you have previous experience in a Coordination or Planning role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!


Duties will include but are not limited to


* Logging new calls/customer liaison via SAP
* Daily planning and allocation of service technicians
* Housekeeping of SAP database, sites, equipment etc.
* Creating sales orders and booking out parts required
* Invoicing completed works
* Dealing with returned stock from technicians.
* Assisting with invoice queries/credit note request forms
* Creating quotes for new works/repairs
* Liaising with other departments where required
* General administrative duties as required to support the operation of the Service department


The suitable candidate must be extremely organised with excellent customer service skills and a good working knowledge of SAP, Word and Excel would be advantageous.

  • Salary: £19,000 - 23,000

  • Hours of work: Monday - Friday - 8.30am - 5.00pm
