Service Co-ordinator / Administrator
Edenbridge area (driver required due to location)
Salary: up to £27,000 per annum DOE
Hours: 8.30 - 5pm Monday - Friday. (possible 4.30pm finish)

Working alongside a Service Manager and Customer Service Team you will be responsible for booking in jobs and ordering parts for this busy service department;
- Scheduling all works for customers, ensuring urgent works are prioritised
- Using skills matrix to assign tasks, working accurately and in detail
- To order parts, sundries and chemicals for works as required
- To create & maintain product database- to include office stock inventory, parts list with up-to-date prices & serial numbers, customer database of parts sold/on-site systems
- Work with engineers and field agents to establish and determine service visit timings
- Updating Customer Account Managers and the internal system with dates & details
We are looking for someone well organised, who holds excellent administration and customer skills and the ability to adapt to a changing workload. Full training will be given on the role, however, experience in the field of service delivery / or similar would be desirable for this position.
