JOB TITLE: Service and Project Coordinator

LOCATION: Dunchideock

HOURS: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, various start and finish times between 8am & 6pm. This team also have a weekend on call rota - you will be required to be on call 1 weekend in 4 and will be paid generous overtime for this.

SALARY: £23, 000 - £25, 000 per annum plus overtime

THE ROLE: This is a varied position within a busy operational department where you will work to ensure the effective delivery of customer contracts, running the service on the client's behalf. You will ensure that the service is running reliably, effectively and consistently and that any issues are addressed promptly. You will arrange maintenance and repairs on their behalf to ensure the service is performing to its maximum potential. You will provide the client with regular updates on the delivery of the service and any issues that arise and will make recommendations to them as needed. You will be their first point of contact within the business and will be their client relationship manager.


  • Primary point of contact for your clients, maintaining strong, open working relationship

  • Ensuring the company deliver on all aspects of their contracts with the clients

  • Monitoring of sites and logging faults

  • Creating work orders and arranging for works to be completed in agreed timeframes and liaising with engineers

  • Raising quotes and invoices for works

  • Producing monthly reports for clients detailing site performance and regular communication with clients providing updates on performance

  • Attending monthly meetings with client to update on site status and progress

  • Reviewing of reports before these are sent to the client

  • Submitting site proposals to clients and organising site visits


  • Client relationship / Customer Service experience

  • Strong admin / organisational skills

  • Ability to communicate client needs with team and to engage with other parts of the business to ensure they resolve clients' issues in a timely manner

  • Report writing experience

  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and relationships simultaneously

  • A knowledge of renewables would be a distinct advantage but is not essential

  • A team player

  • Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
