JOB TITLE: Service Advisor

LOCATION: Northampton

SALARY: up to £25,200 PA + £6000 Bonus

HOURS: 45 hours, Saturday 1 in 4 on a rota

Office Angels are excited to be supporting a highly regarded company with their latest recruitment. They are looking for a Service Advisor to join their friendly team on a full time, permanent basis.

KEY DUTIES:

• Provide outstanding customer care.


• Be the vital link between customers and the workshop.


• You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing.


• Keep the customer up to date at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have.


• Liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time.


• Have the ability to give the best advice on our products and services to our customers.


• General administration.
