Job Title: Lift Service Operation administrator


Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 subject to experience


Location: Bromley


Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday

Contract: Permanent Full Time

  • Liaise with customers to ensure that the work has been completed on time and to a satisfactory level.

  • Liaise with clients daily to organise engineer visits and providing clients support where able.

  • Manage the lift service engineers diary with services and repairs whilst ensuring maximum efficiency in terms of time and distance.

  • Coordinate appropriate paperwork for the engineers

  • Compile weekly and monthly reports for management and completing spreadsheets from insurance reports

  • Carrying out quotations for repair works and invoicing, and following up outstanding overdue payment.

  • Other ad-hoc administrative duties as necessary.




Is this you?




  • Experience working within the lift industry

  • Experience in a similar role.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate with accuracy and clarity both verbally and in writing

  • A team Player with with a "will do - can do" attitude at all times

  • Knowledge of Protean Access databases would be of benefit

  • Computer skills essential working with Microsoft Work & Excel
