Office Angels are recruiting on behalf of a leading public services provider based in Larbert. Our client is looking for 2 Service Administrators to add to their processing team.
  
Our client prides themselves on providing an excellent customer journey and want YOU to be a part of it. The hours of work are  9am - 5pm (Monday-Friday).

Rate of Pay: - £10 per hour.
Assignment Length: 3 months

Due to the nature of this role, we will only be shortlisting candidates who are available to start work on Tuesday 30th August.


 About the Role  

- You will be first point of contact - you will be focused on delivering a high level of customer service.
- Assisting customers with online registration - dealing with all queries in relation to this.
- Updating internal database, keeping customer details accurate.
- Delivery of a quality workload in a fast-paced environment.   
- Collating and reporting information using MS Excel. 
- Assisting with delivery and roll out of new services
- Taking and directing calls and queries to relevant departments.
- General administration support, including uploading and processing documents for service users.


About You  

Excellent communication, organisational and administration skills 
Proficient in MS Office Packages.
Excellent customer service approach  
Ability to meet tight deadlines and multi-task 
Ability to work as part of a team and to use your own initiative  
Quick learner with good attention to detail, accuracy and presentation 
Ability to quickly understanding of products, systems, and customer requirements
