Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Senior Team Administrator on behalf of a health-care practice based in Bury, Greater Manchester.


You will be supporting up to 7 senior figures, including the practice PA, in all administrative related tasks. As the Senior Administrator you will be responsible for providing first-class administration support.


This is a full-time role with flexible, hybrid working options. The working pattern will be between Monday-Friday.


The salary for this role is between £25,000 - £28,000, depending on experience.




The duties and responsibilities listed below are not intended to be exhaustive however, the main duties of the role will be as follows:




  • Office management duties including, contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the office.

  • Using a variety of software on daily basis producing presentations, spreadsheets, and correspondence.

  • Diary management for up to 7 senior figures

  • Implement and maintain efficient administration systems

  • Arranging and attending business meetings, preparing, and distributing agendas

  • Minuting meetings, typing up and distributing actions points to relevant personnel

  • Gathering data for reporting purposes

  • Support other members of the team (specifically practice PA) and provide cover as and when necessary to ensure that work is completed to a high standard and meets required deadlines.

  • Document control including, photocopying, printing, scanning, preparation of large files or documents (paper and electronic), indexing, archiving, and retrieving files as required.

  • Any other duties as and when required.




It is essential that the ideal candidate come from an administrative background and have experience supporting senior figures.



They will be highly organised, possess meticulous attention to detail, have exceptional communication skills both verbal and written and be able to demonstrate pro-activity when using one's initiative. Proficiency in the entire MS office package and a familiarity with in-house systems.



Proofreading skills as well as experience dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information are also essential.
