JOB TITLE: Senior Talent Coordinator



JOB TYPE: Permanent, Full-time



INDUSTRY: Tech



SALARY: £35,000-45,000 per annum (dependant on experience)



HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9.00am-6.00pm - Office based 4 days a week



LOCATION: Westminster, London




Responsibilities/Duties




  • Work with teams around the world to schedule a high volume of interviews, communicate interview details and host candidate visits

  • Prioritise and provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

  • Build strong working relationships with broader talent acquisition team, hiring managers, and agency partners

  • Manage internal and external job postings

  • Take responsibility for the maintenance and data integrity of their Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Greenhouse, and produce ad-hoc reports as required

  • Own the reference check process

  • Support and attend in-house, on-campus and internship events including interview days, career fairs, hackathons, etc. as needed

  • Take a leading role in internship recruitment

  • Support and own additional talent acquisition projects



Skills and Experience




  • Excellent communicator, both verbal and written

  • Critical attention to detail and deadlines

  • Creative problem solving when faced with scheduling conflicts or last-minute changes, and able to pivot quickly to help expedite the interview process when faced with roadblocks

  • Experience supporting a fast-paced talent acquisition team

  • Experience managing roles/candidates utilising an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  • Experience within a global environment, scheduling interviews across various time zones
