A fantastic one-of-a-kind Senior Support Administrator role has arisen with our prestigious and successful client within the Construction Industry. You will be responsible for the efficient running of the office and the working environment. This is a varied and 'hands on' role working collaboratively and supportively with service providers and all levels of internal staff within the business.



The successful candidate will 'hit the ground running' and take ownership of the key responsibilities of the role quickly and competently - you must be readily adaptable and a fast learner with great initiative.



Key Tasks and Accountabilities:




  • Facilities management. Ensuring all office facilities compliance requirements are met and maintained. Responsible for the office maintenance and will act as point of contact for all issues or enquires in the office.

  • Coordinate essential IT support across the business This includes assisting with setup of laptops and other devices, software management, handling the employee exit IT process and provide training for Lane End systems. You will organise any repairs/renewals activity and maintain an IT assets and software register across the business.

  • Ordering essential supplies. This includes furniture, IT equipment, PPE, stationery and any other office supplies.

  • Work closely with the Health and Safety department to ensure all H&S requirements are met and update the Office Manual accordingly.

  • Order all PPE for the business and ensure new starters receive the appropriate clothing / footwear before they are sent to site. You will also keep a log of all distributed PPE.

  • Assist in keeping the office and meeting rooms tidy and equipped with the necessary COVID supplies

  • Support the business with general administrative duties and cover the reception when required, fulfilling all front of house duties.

  • Take the outgoing post and ensure an up-to-date postal log is maintained.

  • Plan events for the business such as team building weekends away or business events involving our Registered Providers and external suppliers.
