The company


My client, a large manufacturing company based in Tiptree, are looking for a confident and focused Account Manager to join their busy office team.


Duties



  • Building strong, long-lasting relationships with new clients

  • Maintaining and strengthening relationships with current allocated clients

  • Acting as a key point of contact

  • Providing clients with quotes

  • Submitting orders to the processing team

  • Liaising with colleagues in design, production and technical teams

  • Ensuring that clients receive their orders within the agreed time frame

  • Keeping the company database updated

  • Identifying ways to improve the current processes


The ideal candidate



  • Previous Account Management/ Client relations experience

  • Strong communication skills

  • Outstanding attention to detail

  • Good MS Office knowledge

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Able to meet tight deadlines
