Job Details:

  • Senior Project Manager

  • £32,000 - £40,000* Depending on experience

  • City of London

  • Flexible working

  • 9:00am - 5:30pm * Flexible

Job Spec:

  • Manage all internal projects and demonstrate hands on management

  • Strategic mind set to be able to prioritise and categorize

  • Set objectives in line with the client needs, including scope, content, timings, and budget

  • Plan work and set deadlines to meet the agreed needs and monitor to make sure it is on time and within budget

  • Co-ordinate the work of your project team and delegate tasks where appropriate

  • Supervise tasks assigned to project workers as instructed by the Project Director / Account Director

  • Supervise project workers and ensure they stick to project specification and guideline

  • monitor overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary

  • Monitor project progress and report regularly to the Project/ Account Director and/ or the client

  • Assist in the coordination and delivery of workshops, engagement events and other project related activities

  • Work directly with creative and design teams to create the best work and build strong internal relationships


  • Must have experience within a similar role - minimum 3 years in project management

  • Open to industry background - Marketing & Creative would be beneficial

  • Confidence to run projects from start to finish

  • Outgoing, personable, professional team player

  • Self-motivated and determines

  • Able to manage busy workload, not be stressed under pressure

  • Be able to work to deadlines to deliver high quality work

  • Flexible attitude, able to manage own day and workload

  • Ambitious and hard working to meet KPIs and induvial performance
