Our client, a reputable non-profit organisation, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Partnerships Manager to join their team on a FTC with a strong opportunity to go permanent.



JOB TITLE: Senior Partnerships Manager


COMPANY: Non for profit - advocate on behalf of London's business community


CONTRACT: 6 month FTC - definite opportunity to go permanent


HOURS: 9am - 5pm (35 hours a week)


START: ASAP


LOCATION: City of London


SALARY: £48,000 - £55,000

Our client is a leading organisation in their industry, and as a Senior Partnerships Manager, you will play a critical role in driving volume and value growth for Patron Memberships, Partnerships, and allocated key accounts. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in B2B sales, account management, and renewals. You should possess excellent customer orientation and the ability to build sectoral and special interest knowledge. Strong networking and relationship-building skills are crucial, along with persuasive communication and negotiation abilities.



DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Acting as the central point of ownership and expertise for sales, engagement, trading up, and retention of Patron Memberships, Partnerships, and allocated key accounts.

  • Delivering exceptional account management service, utilising various communication channels such as phone, email, social media, and in-person interactions.

  • Building and maintaining specialist expertise by staying up-to-date with industry trends and attending relevant events.

  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop processes, content, and services that enhance user experience and support the growth objectives.

  • Proactively identifying and approaching prospects who align with our values, programmes, and activities.

  • Utilising CRM systems to optimise contact approaches based on member and partner lifecycles.

  • Supporting new member onboarding and facilitating introductions for community networks.

  • Developing engagement plans and conducting regular account reviews to ensure year-round engagement with Patrons and Partners.

  • Building profile and engagement through communications, including newsletters, social media activities, and relevant articles.


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • A team player with a high level of personal drive and a focus on continuous improvement

  • A highly organised, numerate, and proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM databases

  • A good understanding of London's business community would be advantageous.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Event and policy objective experience required

  • Ability to seek companies that align to business values

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset

  • Proactive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
