JOB TITLE: Senior Internal Recruiter

COMPANY: Global IT Service Provider

CONTRACT: Permanent

HOURS: 9.00am - 5:30pm

SALARY: Salary: £45,000 - £75,000 per annum depending on experience

  • Mid level: £45k-60k + 10% bonus

  • Senior level: £60k-75k + 10% bonus


LOCATION: Central London

In this role you will need to:

  • Set up and implement numerous processes whilst constantly enhancing the recruitment process

  • Provide guidance to candidates and hiring managers

  • Assist in development of recruitment strategy and educating internal hiring teams

  • Communicating effectively on recruitment activity, metrics, successes, and challenges

  • Be the go-to resource for hiring managers and be the liaison with other internal departments like HR, IT, Legal and Finance

  • Recruiting roles including service desk, technicians, field service technicians etc, anywhere up to 25 active acquisition at a time

  • Continue to build out recruitment and on boarding tools, systems, and processes

  • Build a quality pipeline of candidates, review CVs, screening candidates, sell candidates on the opportunity, and coordinate throughout the interview process

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Proficient, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams

  • Preference in JobVite ATS however not essential

  • No degree necessary however, 5+ year's experience, preference to a corporate environment

  • Proven experience recruiting for various areas of the business preferable some technical

  • Experience managing contractor to permanent positions on a global scale

  • Strong applicant management and sourcing skills, using tools like Linked In Recruiter

  • Comfortable working with and presenting recruitment data and market data, reporting, and analytics - ideally with Linked In Talent Insights or similar tool

  • Strong relationship building and management skills, with hiring managers, other internal teams, and staffing agencies

  • Excellent at juggling priorities and managing time wisely

  • Being an attentive and responsive business partner
