Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm (Flexible options available)

An exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Senior Fundraising Coordinator to join a well-established and highly regarded organisation based in Woking.


In your new role you will reporting into the head of Head of Fundraising assisting with the development of fundraising activities, managing the processes and administration for fundraising items and attending events as required.


You will be resolving day to day queries about the running of the online fundraising pages, following up with people experiencing difficulties and encouraging them to achieve fundraising deadlines. You will also be looking out for opportunities to promote the charity and be able to maximise them!


Sounds interesting?...Daily duties include:



  • To identify the higher fundraisers taking part in the events and offer more personalised support and help, developing a pipeline where appropriate

  • To cross promote activities to supporters

  • Record all communications on the database.

  • To write social media posts and blogs and liaise with the Social media team and update content on the website

  • Assist with the compilation of reports for the Trustees

  • Supporting any volunteers and junior staff working in the department and provide training if required (training provided)


To be successful in this role you'll be:



  • Previous experience working in a similar role

  • Knowledge of CRM

  • Intermediate Excel skills (Basic use of formulas)

  • Proficient user in Microsoft Office packages

  • Good communication skills

  • Able to face issues in a calm and professional manner
