This exciting and fast paced role will allow you to support the functionality of the business and enable it to meet its' targets consistently and effectively. As the Senior Facilities Manager, you will have the overall responsibility for the management of leased properties located in EMEA. The overall objective of the role is to take ownership of and accountability for the provision of a safe and secure working environment for employees and customers.

JOB TITLE: Senior Facilities Manager EMEA


CONTRACT: Permanent


LOCATION: West London, with occasional International travel

SALARY: circa £100,000 per annum plus bonus depending on experience

  • Managing all facility requirements (hard & soft) for the office and warehouse locations in EMEA, coordinating with local staff or internal business partners,

  • Ensuring that all contracted services are carried out, that lease renewals, vendor contracts and agreements are addressed in a timely manner and where appropriate, competitive quotes and estimates are sourced to ensure value for money is delivered. Contract services include but aren't limited to: security, fire and alarm services, cleaning, waste management, pest control, lift maintenance, vending services

  • Facilities helpdesk management through JIRA, ProLease software or other type of system

  • Project management, supervising and coordinating the works of contractors and internal service providers to give to the business units and Director of Real Estate / Facilities

  • Responsible and accountable for the management of operating and capital budgets and all associated forecasting and reporting - invoices approval and purchase order process

  • Implementation and Update of procedures and processes to ensure that all necessary documentation is produced accurately and complaint with ISO standards

  • Working closely with H&S Manager - First aiders and Fire marshal training, DSE assessments, racking inspection, PAT testing, insurance claims investigation and other supporting professionals

  • Serve as the point of contact for managing real estate agents and Landlord's

  • Prolease or other Real Estate software - workplace occupancy management and projects updates

  • Lead, plan and participate in site visits for real estate selection, providing financial information to leadership teams

  • Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise


  • Experience in and a proven track record of contract management on a multi-site level

  • Organization and systematic thinking.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good IT literacy skills in MS Outlook, Word Excel, Teams and PowerPoint.

  • Must be able to work on own imitative with a proactive and flexible attitude.

  • Able to multitask and prioritise.

  • Must be presentable at all times and able to liaise with all levels of internal and external customers.

  • Strong evidence of effective management of vendors, and projects

  • Very proactive at highlighting issues, resolving day to day problems, and providing support to others

  • Self-motivated, driven by results, also seeking further improvements

  • Someone who understands the short-term but plans for the long-term

  • Ability to motivate others in a positive and enthusiastic way

  • Excellent judgement and decision making when completing own work and fulfilling own responsibilities

  • Leads by example, is hands-on and shows a positive attitude at all times

  • Very approachable to all, but able to be strict when needed

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and to tight deadlines

  • Not afraid to speak up and give own opinion on any matter
