Our incredible client is looking for an events coordinator to join their dynamic and fast paced team. As an events coordinator, you will be responsible for leading and delivering outstanding membership engagement events to their members and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring their expertise, a drive for improvement, strong organisational skills and ability to present high impact events.

Responsibilities/Duties



  1. Lead and deliver outstanding membership engagement events that promote a positive, engaging, and memorable moment with all stakeholders. This currently includes Admission Ceremonies, Regional visits and other events as required.

  2. Take responsibility to ensure all elements are delivered within timescales and realistic deadlines have been provided to stakeholders and teams. Providing direction to the Membership Operations Team where help is needed to achieve this.

  3. Manage queries about the events from all stakeholders and ensure clear, accurate and timely communication is provided.

  4. Maintain and update records on the customer relationship management system relating to the event, extending to completing administration for changes to membership records or follow up on member fees due.

  5. Ensure all events are continually improved through collaboratively working across the company, embedding feedback and being data-led, to achieve an enhanced experience.

  6. Working with the Membership Operations Administrator to respond to member queries and complete key membership processes, to meet defined service level agreements, while providing excellent customer service.

  7. Provide comprehensive committee servicing support for allocated boards, committees or working parties including, preparation of agendas, logistical support, production of minutes, and progress reports.



Skills and Experience



  1. Educated to A-level or equivalent, with a good standard of literacy and numeracy.

  2. Excellent knowledge and experience of all aspects of event delivery, planning, administration and oversight of a delegated budget.

  3. Knowledge and experience of membership processes

  4. A quick learner, able to adapt existing knowledge and experience, to tackle new queries as they arise.

  5. Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to network and influence at a variety of levels.

  6. Ability to work collaboratively to achieve targets, organise tasks and projects.
