Hours: 4 days on 4 days off over 7 days, Shifts from 8am-8pm

Salary: £28,000

Benefits: 25 days holiday

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Customer Care and Complaints Executive for our client based on Birmingham Business Park. Supporting the main Customer Hub you will provide first class customer service to clients throughout their customer journey and be the first escalation point for complaints. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business and become an integral part of the team with plenty of opportunity for progression.

Duties and Tasks:

  • First escalation point for complaints, handling these in fast and timely manner

  • Responding to customer after sales queries

  • Complaint management through to resolution

  • Maintain customer database

  • Support customer journey to ensure the highest level of customer service

The successful Candidate will posses the following skills:

  • Experience of providing first class customer service

  • Ability to work with confidential data

  • Excellent communicator

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

  • Excellent IT Skills
