We are currently recruiting for a full or part time Administrator for a construction and property company based in Minstead.


You will be working to support two successful and busy surveyors. The role will only require you to be in the office 2-3 times per month.


The day to day duties in your new job would be:



  • Dealing with email enquiries from clients and contractors

  • Setting up and processing electronic files

  • Organising meetings and site visits

  • Diary management for both surveyors

  • Attending meetings and taking minutes

  • Proof reading documents

  • Supporting on projects


We'd love to speak to candidates who have/are:



  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages including excel

  • Ability to use Teams and Zoom

  • Excellent organisational skills
