Up to £30,000 per annum depending on experience



Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Senior Administrator for our client based in Manchester city centre. This role is working for a property company and we are ideally looking for someone from that background.



Duties will include:




  • Supporting directors and the wider team across two offices

  • Creating reports

  • Processing invoices

  • Arranging and attending meetings

  • Filing and database management

  • Assist with bid preparation

  • Assisting other departments if required




We are looking for candidates with:




  • Strong administrative skills and experience, ideally gained within a property background

  • Experience of working at director level

  • Good IT skills and ability to pick up new systems easily

  • Ability to work on their own initiative and to strict deadlines

  • Excellent communication skills and experience of liaising with senior figures

  • A flexible attitude to work and happy to take on a variety of tasks
