Key Responsibilities:

  • HR/Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job listings, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.

  • Finances: Handle basic financial tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and assisting with budget management.

  • Minute Taking: Record and distribute minutes of meetings, ensuring accurate documentation of discussions and action items.

  • Excellent Organisational Skills: Maintain an organized office environment, manage appointments, and ensure efficient record-keeping.

  • Setting up New Processes: Work with the team to identify areas for process improvement and help establish new workflows.

  • Payroll: Assist in payroll preparation, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees.

  • Managing Internal Compliance: Oversee internal compliance with company policies, especially related to training and certifications.


  • Previous experience in administrative roles, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in HR, finance, and minute-taking.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in basic financial tasks and using office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite).

  • Ability to set up and improve processes, streamlining administrative functions.
