COMPANY: Luxury furniture showroom

HOURS: 9.00am - 17.30pm | Monday - Friday

SALARY: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum

BENEFITS: 21 days annual leave plus bank holidays and 3 days over Christmas, private health care, company social events and many more!

Our client is a luxury furniture showroom based in London, founded in 2015 they are a small and close-knit friendly team, presenting the best in high quality furniture to offices and luxury hotels.

They are looking for a confident and experienced senior administrator to join their growing team, to assist with the smooth running of the showroom and oversee the day-to-day administration of the finance and sales team. They are seeking someone who has experience working within the Retail industry with knowledge of the processes behind selling & purchasing.


  • Office management- always ensuring smooth running of the showroom

  • Supporting with general administration for the office, including bookkeeping and financial administration

  • Assisting the Sales team and Project coordinator with any administration tasks

  • Processing sales orders and invoices

  • Providing excellent customer service to all clients over the phone, in person and via email

  • Taking phone calls and assisting clients where needed

  • Meeting and greeting clients in a professional manner

  • Liaising with internal and external parties

  • Ensuring administration is running smoothly and kept up to date


  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role is essential

  • An individual with strong attention to detail and happy to help wherever needed

  • A confident and effective communicator, with exceptional interpersonal skills

  • A highly organised individual who is resilient and professional

  • Punctuality is essential, as well as excellent telephone manner

  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel in particular
