OVERVIEW: Reporting to the two founders, the Account Manager will be responsible for managing both corporate partners and the community of brand owners! You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, strategic and creative partnership proposals and marketing plans for partners looking to engage with our community of founded brands.


DUTIES:



  • Work with the founders to manage and drive opportunity for sponsors

  • Manage and oversee the engagement of our community of brands

  • Working hand in hand with the team to devise and manage partnership engagement experiences from events to digital campaigns

  • Lead on strategy and creative concept generation for current and new partners

  • Outbound lead generation sourcing new partners

  • Managing an up-to-date pipeline of new brands and potential partners

  • Manage and help moderate community channel and LinkedIn account

  • Creating commercial products to generate new revenue streams

  • Being the first point of contact for corporate clients solving problems and managing all enquiries

  • Assisting with ad hoc exciting projects

  • Attending and organising meetings

  • Analyzing data, looking at user trends and creating informative and insightful presentations

  • Building strong professional relationships with sponsors

  • Compiling reports via excel for the founders



Experience, knowledge and skills required;



  • Educated to degree level - 2.1, equivalent or above

  • Demonstrable experience building partnership programs with brands

  • An interest and passion for entrepreneurs and businesses

  • Strong industry knowledge and interest to provide greater insight and fresh perspective for partners

  • The ability to identify new opportunities

  • Competency at research and resourceful in finding brands and managing them

  • Able to slice and dice data and excel spreadsheets, google forms etc

  • Strong IT skills, knowledge of Linkedin and Twitter

  • Excellent communication skills and strong work ethic

  • Proven ability to take initiative

  • Able to work independently
