JOB TITLE: Senior Account Director


COMPANY: A Marketing Agency


CONTRACT: Permanent


HOURS: 9.00am - 17.30pm (Flexible working available)


SALARY: £50,000 - £55,000


START: ASAP


LOCATION: Central London

This client are disruptors in the marketing industry as they specialise in creative, experimental, and immersive marketing techniques that allow their clients to understand the real time experience and benefits of impactful techniques.


DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Delivery of finance and job margin analysis, including oversight of internal reporting systems & monthly forecast and client figure meetings

  • Full sign off responsibility for client invoicing & budgets, billing schedules, purchase orders & checking internal processes

  • Designing and oversight of the implementation, resourcing and delivery of the portfolio of engagements in order that client satisfaction, revenue and profitability targets are met

  • Ensure measurement tools are in place for every campaign (KPI's/research/ROI)

  • Responsible for all aspects of the relationship management experience for a portfolio of clients

  • Prepare and present Client Development reports for Managing Director monthly

  • Manage & motivate the Brand Experience team

  • Negotiate client contracts & commercials

  • Mentor junior members in the team through regular one to one meetings



SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Will have worked within an agency or marketing similar company

  • Strong MS Office including Excel, Word, Paprika (preferably or similar accounting package)

  • Understanding of Marketing/PR and Brand Activation's

  • Be proactive with a can do attitude who is able to offer ideas

  • Able to be the 'right hand' for line manager

  • Strong team management experience

  • A good financial background inclusive of margins, internal budgets, PO etc,.

  • Reliable in all circumstances

  • Display the drive and determination needed to complete all tasks on time

  • Strong networking and new business mining skills
