Successful, expanding, and international Data Management business based in Docklands is looking to recruit an experienced Security Administrator to join their team.



As Security Administrator, you will provide proactive efficient coordination and administration on Security Systems and Security related topics for the company's London offices.


You will provide excellent customer-service in respect of Security Systems related enquiries, maintain and implement administrative measures to protect the organization's assets, employees, and facilities, while also managing and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and preventive maintenance programs (PPMs).



Some of the duties included:



  • Responsible for overseeing functioning of the reception area and collaboration with the Contract Security Staff to ensure its smooth running and adherence to the company's security procedures

  • Responsible for organising and coordinating of monthly meetings with external providers and key stakeholders taking and distributing minutes,

  • Responsible for producing Security Reports (daily/weekly/monthly)

  • Day-to-day administration of the Security Systems and security services KPIs and PPMs

  • Analyse data and provide recommendations for continuous improvement of physical security measures

  • To assist in incident investigations including taking written witness statements, gathering evidence on CCTV cameras, producing access control readings for affected areas and times, compiling evidence materials, and ensuring its secure handling




All about you:



  • Experience of business procedures, including reporting and purchasing

  • Experience of working with Security Systems

  • High degree of integrity to work with sensitive and confidential Security information.

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Experience in handling difficult situations/customers

  • Flexible and motivated, able to respond quickly and positively to changing and demanding requirements.

  • Works well under pressure and keeps calm and professional manner in difficult situations
