JOB TITLE: Administrative Assistant / PA
LOCATION: Corby
SALARY: £23, 000 - £25, 000 per annum
HOURS: Mon-Friday 09:00am-5:00pm Can be flexible.

Office Angels are excited to be supporting a highly regarded national company with their latest recruitment. They are looking for Office Administrator/PA role to join their friendly team.
To provide a professional and efficient administrative support.
Duties:
- Co-ordinate with the main office team.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports.
- Attend meetings and take minutes.
- Manage sector emails and prioritise.
- Calendar/Diary management.
- Printing drawings and files.
- Ensuring O&M's have been completed for projects
- To deal with any ad-hoc requests required
- To be confident in dealing with any calls that come through
- To assist in raising purchase orders
- To undertake any other duties appropriate to the post
- To work in accordance with set policies and procedures
- To respect the confidential nature of the work and protect personal information
Essentials:
- Driving License
- GCSE level in Maths and English.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Accurate, computer literate and numerate.
- Keen to be part of and contribute to a hard-working team
- Organised, professional, positive.
