Our client is a property management company based in Hammersmith. They are looking for a secretary for a 2-3-week assignment.

This is a role for a someone who is an experienced typist with good English and grammar skills, accurate typing skills and is available immediately.

You will be confident, proactive, and used to working in a fast-paced environment.

Role: Secretary

HOURS: 10am - 6pm

SALARY: £14.40 - £15.40 Per hour

LOCATION: Hammersmith

Duration: 2-3 weeks


  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence

  • Sending letters to clients and solicitors

  • Maintain diary's and making appointments

  • Speaking to contractors

  • Dealing with telephone and email enquires

  • Audio and copy typing and review materials for accuracy and format

  • Photocopy and print various documents on behalf of other colleagues


  • Good communication and customer service skills

  • Organisation and time management skills

  • The ability to be proactive and use your inactive

  • Fast and accurate typing skills

  • Good attention to detail

  • Experience working as a secretary or Administrator
