Are you detail-oriented, organised, and eager to be part of a dynamic team? We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our client's facilities company based in Chelmsford. You will have the opportunity to develop your administrative skills and contribute to the smooth running of a successful and growing organisation.



Duties



  • Booking jobs onto the system, ensuring all necessary details are recorded accurately

  • Overseeing and responding to the shared mailbox

  • Arranging hire equipment and coordinating logistics for jobs

  • Planning the schedule for electricians, optimising efficiency and minimising downtime

  • Updating clients on the progress of works, maintaining clear and effective communication

  • Sending completed paperwork onto client

  • Raising and sending invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

  • Ensuring all SLA's set by the client are met

  • Ensuring compliance is up to date and accurate

  • Dealing with enquiries and queries promptly and professionally

  • Liaising with clients via email and phone, providing outstanding customer service

  • Ordering materials and parts for each job, ensuring availability and timely delivery

  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results



The ideal candidate



  • You'll have proven experience in a similar administrative role

  • You'll have excellent organisational and time management skills

  • You'll have strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • You are Proficient in MS Office Suite

  • You'll have the ability to work well within a team

  • You are confident and proactive
