Do you have a strong scheduling background? An exciting new opportunity has arisen working for a successful company in the property industry to work as a Senior Scheduler! Due to successful company growth, our client has an opportunity for an experienced scheduler to take accountability for delivering on site services to major clients. The ideal candidate will take personal responsibility to schedule incoming bookings in multiple diaries, to ensure that agreed KPI's and SLAs are met while delivering the service excellence which is at the heart of the company's reputation. A background working within scheduling is essential for this role - any industries considered including property/lettings, automotive, energy.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

* Schedule all incoming jobs for our key accounts
* Ensure delivery within agreed timescales.
* Monitor customer requirements and demands
* Keep up to date with changes in legislation and implement accordingly
* Meet client and company expectations through management of KPIs and SLAs
* Continuously seek to develop and improve quality standards/systems

Candidate Specification & People Skills:

* A team player - but also able to work on own initiative
* Able to prioritise a busy workload
* Excellent geographical knowledge of London and Home Counties
* Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
* IT Literate
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Have demonstrable relevant experience
* Have a flexible approach to work
* Attention to detail
