Job Title: Temporary Savings /AML Administrator


Contract: Full-time - 3 Month Fixed Term Contract


Location: Tunbridge Wells


Responsible to: Head of Savings Operations


Pay: £14 - £18 per hour

Our client, a leading financial organisation, is seeking a Temporary Savings Administrator to join their team in Tonbridge. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong organisational abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, this could be the perfect role for you!


Responsibilities:


Customer handling:



  • Promptly acknowledge and address saver communications via telephone, letter, or email.

  • Maintain customer confidentiality and adhere to data protection rules and regulations.


Customer accounts:



  • Conduct detailed Anti-Money Laundering checks in accordance with the organisation's AML Handbook.

  • Prepare and submit Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) when necessary.

  • Perform risk assessments on new and existing savers to determine their risk level.

  • Communicate with savers to collect necessary information and documentation.

  • Maintain accurate data within the organisation's core banking system.


General Operations:



  • Act as the main point of contact for saver communications related to 'live' AML checks.

  • Support updates to senior management and committees.

  • Assist with office administration tasks, including filing, scanning, and data entry.


Requirements:



  • 2 years of customer service experience in a financial service environment preferred but not essential!

  • Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering frameworks.

  • Experience with credit reference agency checks and PEP/sanction monitoring.

  • Proficient in data entry into core systems.

  • Understanding of corporate structures.
