Office Angels Edinburgh are looking for a Sales/Marketing Analyst to work within the IT/Sales department of our prestigious client.


The role is based in Edinburgh City Centre, the salary is £32,000 per annum, and the hours are 37.5 hours per week (8.30am - 5pm).


We are looking to speak to people who have the following experience/skill set: -



  • Experience working in a Sales or Marketing led Company/Environment.

  • Have natural Technical and Analytical curiosity when it comes to working with (and presenting) Data for informing business decisions.

  • Commercial experience and knowledge of Data Analysis tools like Power Bi

  • The ability to manage business change activities

  • Have a high degree of empathy and respect for the often-pressurised environment of Commercial Sales, ensuring that interaction and communication is timely whilst striving towards operational efficiencies in ways of working with Technology

  • Price List creation & Management including any other Data Driven/Excel Tasks as well as Power Bi and Strategic Data Driven Analysis to support Sales

  • Ambassador for Change and Ways of Working across Sales using current and future Tools whether Developed Internally or Off the Shelf (CRM, iSales Insights, Deal Centre, Proposal Centre etc.)

  • Collation & Presentation of Data for Sales Analysis using modern Data Analysis Tools & Techniques as well as interfacing with all other departments as required.

  • Data cleansing and quality activities as agreed and laid out by the Business Process & Change Manager

  • Close working proximity to the Client Support Manager and Marketing but reporting to Business Change & Process Manager

  • Feedback loop for IT ensuring new ideas originating out of Sales for Changes to Sales based Technology Solutions such as iSales and CRM are incubated and fed back into ITS (via the Sales Business Process & Change Manager). These can then be considered as part of a short, medium and long term Sales Technology Roadmap.

  • Provides the 'Last Mile' support for Change initiatives. I.e. Business Process & Change Manager/ITS responsible for the Development of Tools and Service for Sales including Change Management & initial User Adoption.


The role reports to the Business Change & Process Manager on the basis of supporting the implementation, training and adoption of all new Technology initiatives which will benefit the Sales department and ultimately Sales growth.
