Being established for over 30 years, they have enjoyed developing their own products and acquiring additional product ranges to add to their already impressive catalogue.

The Role

Assisting the Sales Director and Key Account Managers to coordinate all aspects of Sales Support you will have the opportunity to provide pro-active account management and actioning all of incoming customer enquiries via email, phone or video call.

Maintaining customer databases and mailing lists utilising CRM systems forms a part of this role along with planning and attending meetings, preparing sales reports, creating presentations, maintaining the product database, updating new items and keeping customers updated on any changes.

Tender submissions will be completed by you (training given) and you will need to monitor the progress of these. You will be liaising with the marketing team to keep your image bank and website images up to date as well as helping plan and prepare for any events of exhibitions the company attends.

This is a lovely product to sell and develop with customers and you will certainly find this role very rewarding.


A natural at relationship building, this role will allow you to be pro-active, engaging and consultative. You are someone that people instantly warm to and can organise your day effectively.

You are able to support a busy and successful team to ensure sales are completed to the highest service levels. You retain knowledge well and will be keen to learn as much as you can in the role.

Your administration skills are great, you keep on top of tasks and log data accurately.

Ideally you will have experience in an office role within sales, customer service, distribution or retail.
