Salary: competitive


Location: London Bridge


Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am- 5:30pm, overtime hours may be required at certain times of the month

Fantastic new position for an experienced Sales Support Executive to join a digital communication company in the heart of London Bridge.


Duties of the role:



  • Advise the sales team how to meet customer requirements

  • Maintain data quality in CRM

  • Create and maintain clear documentation of sales processes

  • Provide support for CRM, including complex deals contracts, invoicing

  • Run and interpret weekly and ad-hoc reports in CRM / BI tool

  • Assist in troubleshooting operations issues

  • Manage Sales compliance checks

  • Ensure sales processes meet KPI's

  • Track data, dashboards and manage analysis to provide insight



Requirements:



  • Immediately available to start a new position

  • Able to learn complex process and systems quickly

  • Analytical skills

  • Excellent IT skills

  • Experience using a CRM system

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Experience within a similar position
